RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to return your item? We understand, here's how we make the process easy and simple for you.
How to return
1. Send us an email with your order number (firstname.lastname@example.org). Your item/s must be returned unworn and in their original condition as they arrived to you. Earrings are unable to returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Send your return to us - we're unable to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong piece. George & Co recommends you get a tracked parcel so you can check when it finds its way back to us. Alternatively we can provide you with a label and invoice you for the cost.
3. Get your refund/credit - we'll let you know once your package has reached us and we'll email you as soon as possibly with the option of store credit or a refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return.
Returns & Exchange policy
We have a two (2) week returns policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without prior notice will not be processed. For exchanges, items will need to be returned at cost of the customer (*unless item is faulty) and the exchange will be processed once item is received. For any faults or damage, please advise us immediately. Items will be assessed upon their return back to us and the claims for faulty products are at the sole discretion of George & Co. If a refund needs to be processed it will be done so via the original payment method used to place the order.
